Sometimes things happen.

At mind.body.clay we understand that things come up, emergencies happen & we need to reschedule. To successfully bring you the best ceramics experience, it is important to us that we are fair and valuing everyone’s studio time.

So in order to do so we have a studio cancellation policy in place:

• you must give at least 24hr. advance notice, if you will need to reschedule your class. & a new date will be set at no cost.

• if you cancel before the 24 hour mark, 50% of your payment will be refunded. & you will have to book a new class date.

• if you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled class time, we cannot offer you a refund.

• no refunds are given for no-call no-shows.

Due to an overwhelmingly positive response about my classes, people book in advance and spaces are limited. Thank you for your understanding and I cannot wait to have you in the studio!
