- Listening to your ideas, & working with you to create something beautiful.

- Email confirmation of your personalized commission, plus a commission document, outlining the project details, payment & shipping.

- Deposit invoices: to secure your project in the studio and purchase any necessary materials.

- Creation of your commission.

- Drying and Kiln Firing.

- Packaging and Final Invoices Paid.

- Shipping & Delivery of your commission.
